Hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” or the “Company”.

Any individual or legal entity placing an order via the website is referred to as the “Buyer” or the “Customer”.

2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of products offered on:

Products are intended exclusively for consumers.

3. General Provisions

These Terms apply to all sales concluded via the website.

The Seller may modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date of payment.

The Customer:

  • acknowledges having read the Terms

  • accepts them without reservation

  • declares legal capacity to contract

  • confirms having received necessary information

Company records constitute proof of transactions unless proven otherwise.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), including VAT.

Shipping costs are specified before order confirmation.

For orders outside the European Union:

  • prices are invoiced excluding taxes

  • customs duties or local taxes may apply

  • such charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer

Products remain the property of Sample N' Co until full payment.

5. Online Contract Conclusion

The ordering process includes:

  • Product information

  • Product selection and customer details

  • Acceptance of Terms

  • Order verification

  • Payment

  • Email confirmation

The Seller may refuse an order in case of abnormal request or bad faith.

6. Products

Product characteristics and prices are available on the website.

Photos are non-contractual.

Orders are fulfilled subject to stock availability.

In case of defective or non-compliant products:

The Customer must contact customer service.
A prepaid return label may be provided after approval.
Refunds are issued after receipt of the product.

7. Retention of Title

Products remain the Seller’s property until full payment.

8. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Preparation time is not included in delivery estimates.

P.O. boxes and parcel lockers cannot be delivered.

Risk transfers upon physical receipt of the product.

9. Availability

If a product is unavailable for more than 3 business days:

  • the Customer is informed

  • cancellation is possible

  • refund or store credit may be offered

10. Payment

Payment is due immediately.

Secure payment is processed via an authorized provider.

In case of payment refusal, the order is automatically cancelled.

11. Right of Withdrawal

Customers benefit from a 14-day legal withdrawal period.

The Company extends this period to 30 days from receipt.

Refund includes:

  • purchase price

  • shipping costs (EU only)

Outside the EU (Switzerland, UK, Iceland, Norway): returns are at the Customer’s expense.

Products must be returned:

  • in original condition

  • complete

  • with proof of purchase

12. Legal Guarantees

The Seller applies:

  • Legal conformity guarantee

  • Hidden defects guarantee

Customers benefit from:

  • 6-month presumption of defect

  • 24-month conformity period for new goods

  • Right to repair, replacement or refund
